Patient appointments and cancellations

Your appointment times are especially reserved for you.  If you need to reschedule your appointment we appreciate 48 hours notice and require at least 24 hours notice.  Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellation without 24 hours notice may incur a fee.

Fees

The fee for endodontic treatment is dependent on a number of different factors, not limited to the type of tooth, the type of treatment and the complexity of the problem.  It is not possible to obtain a quote for your treatment over the phone.  When you arrange your initial appointment, our staff will be able to give you an estimate of the fee for the initial consultation.  At your first appointment, your endodontist will outline the extent of your problem, your treatment options, the estimated fee for treatment and the anticipated number and length of appointments required.  Your endodontist will also inform you of the prognosis of your treatment.

Payment for your treatment is requested on the day of treatment at the completion of the appointment.  We accept payment via EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX.
